- We use MyHermes for standard shipping and UPS?DHL for next day or special services. International order may vary.
Do we offer express services?
- We do! We offer Next Day services on order placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday delivery for orders placed on Friday.
Can I track my order?
- You will receive an email from us with a despatch note that includes your tracking. If this has not arrived, please contact us for information.

Returns, refunds and exchanges
Please contact us should you wish to return an item.
Returns are valid for 30 days for items returned in a fully resale-able an unused condition. This does. not affect your statutory rights.
Whilst we maintain the utmost care in our quality control process, sometimes things go wrong. We are always here to fix any issues that may arise.
The entire London Toy Company range is safety tested to the highest EN71 standards and work closely with our production team to ensure that we have top quality control processes in our factories, right through to an item arriving to your door. The safety assurance caries through the lifetime of the item.
Cleaning and washing my products
For our soft toys, we do not recommend machine washing. They are digitally printed and some have delicate embroidered features. We suggest to hand wash these items.
